CLC was started in 2004 after 25 years working in corporate America for many different landscape companies. I spent 15 plus years installing many commercial and residential landscapes, 10 years in project management, estimating and sales. I was superintendant of Mill Creek's Landscape Division, United Development Corporation. Projects completed are all over the state. Commercial projects include the Shumway on Lake Washington Blvd, Wal-Mart Distribution in Grandview WA, and the Digital Archives in Cheney, WA. I also designed and installed student housing and Kennelly Commons Green River CC, Cypress Way Condos, Brier WA. These projects ranged from $50,000 to $500,000. Other projects include plantings at EPI roof-top Apartments, Fremont, WA, and the Covington Post Office, Covington, WA.

Residential projects-there are more than can be counted with costs ranging from $1000 for renovation to $225,000 for a complete landscape. There is nothing I have not done personally. I have projects pictured in Better Homes and Gardents and Sunset Magazine. I have won awards for color displays in Mill Creek 5 years in a row.
